OK Food Mart Ltd. requires 2 Retail Store Supervisors on a full-time, permanent basis to start asap in Okanagan Falls, BC.

Salary: $24.00 to $35.00 CAD/ Hour

Work Hours – 35-40 /week

Work location: 910 Main Street, Okanagan Falls, BC, V0H 1R0

 

Job Requirements:

 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience
Essential Skills: Working with others, significant use of memory, continuous learning
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks, Attention to Detail
Personal Suitability: Organized, Client focus, Team player, Judgement, Reliability
Job Duties:

 

·         Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers

·         Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

·         Authorize payments and the return of merchandise

·         Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

·         Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

·         Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance

·         Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness

·         May perform the same duties as workers supervised
