Om Samarpan Enterprise Inc O/A Jay’s Mart – Collingwood is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager – Retail to lead our team!

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape and convenience store, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will manage team performance, drive sales, and uphold company policies while creating a positive and welcoming store environment.

Duties Include:

1. Plan, direct, and oversee daily operations of the convenience and vape store to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service
2. Monitor and evaluate day-to-day performance, including sales, staff productivity, inventory control, and cleanliness
3. Organize store workflows, assign responsibilities, and ensure smooth coordination among all departments
4. Hire, train, and manage staff; create work schedules and assign tasks based on store needs and peak business hours
5. Analyze customer preferences, seasonal trends, and local market research to identify popular convenience and vape products
6. Decide on the range of products and services to be offered, including snacks, beverages, tobacco, vape devices, and accessories
7. Set pricing strategies and promotional offers in line with market standards and profitability goals
8. Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure merchandise; ensure compliance with age-restricted product laws and product safety standards
9. Design and implement in-store marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
10. Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and manage financial targets for the store
11. Evaluate staffing needs, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding of new team members
12. Resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and employee concerns promptly and professionally
13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions to support employee development
14. Supervise store administration, cash handling, and POS operations, ensuring all systems function smoothly
15. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to tobacco and vape product sales, including ID verification and signage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Salary 45.50 hourly

Shift Timings: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Overtime, Weekend

Expected hours: 62 Hours Bi Weekly
