Job Title: Plumber

Work Address: 1139 E 27th Ave Vancouver, BC, V5V 2L7 (Various Locations around Lower Mainland)

Wage rate: $31.50 per hour, 37.5 hours per week.

Education: High School

Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant Experience

Language: English

Job Duties:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
• Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals to ensure proper installation and functioning of plumbing systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using various tools and techniques
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure they meet building codes and regulations
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters
• Collaborate with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
