Job Duties:
Develop budgets to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Recruit staff
Set staff work schedules
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Address customer complaints and concerns
Requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Language: English
