Overview
This is a Seasonal job that will begin approximately Jun 15, 2026 and end approximately November 15, 2026
Hours per week: 40+
Workers will perform general farm work activities including planting, cultivating, spraying, irrigating and harvesting, workers will also operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery and will harvest and pack raspberries which are expected to meet quality standards. Workers may also assist in the dismantling of the farm at the end of the season. Additionally, workers may transport product to cooler.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in farm work or crop harvesting preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically capable of repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting and standing for long periods.
- Attention to detail for quality control.
- Willingness to follow safety hygiene standards.
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must be able to carry up to 23kg (50 lbs)
Incentives/perks:
Workers will receive a minimum rate of $18.00 per hour and may voluntarily participate in the piece rate system where they will receive a payment based on the number of pieces completed, either as an individual or as a team.
