Overview

This is a Seasonal job that will begin approximately Jun 2, 2026 and end approximately October 31, 2026

Hours per week: 40+

Workers will hand harvest and hand-pack raspberries according to company’s quality standards. They will be required to deliver each harvested crate to quality control personnel and may be asked to make corrections to crate if not meeting standards. They will be required to harvest all berries on plant which meet standards and will be required to remove any berries with defects. Additionally, workers will be required to perform other general duties including clean and sanitize equipment and materials, assist in preparing beds for planting, report records of activities/production. They may also perform end-of-season activities including cleanup of farm, dismantling hoops, etc. Workers will be required to follow all environmental health and safety protocols at all times.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in farm work or crop harvesting preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Physically capable of repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Attention to detail for quality control.
  • Willingness to follow safety hygiene standards.

Incentives/perks:

Workers will receive a minimum rate of $17.85 per hour and may voluntarily participate in the piece rate system where they will receive a payment based on the number of pieces completed, either as an individual or as a team.
