Painless Networks Ltd. is a telecommunication engineering design, installation and maintenance service provider serving the community in Fort McMurray, AB and area. We are now looking for a Construction Worker to join our team.

Salary:
$26.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

– Pulling and laying fibre optics or cables, and locating cabinets, switches, junction boxes to specific sites;
– Assembling cabinets under guidance of telecommunications technicians;
– Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools;
– Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment;
– Cleans, repairs, lubricates and maintains equipment, tools and machinery used for construction jobs;
– Removing debris, garbage, and disposal materials from sites using required equipment;
– Assisting telecommunication technicians, as required;
– Demolish old structures, buildings and prepare the site for construction;
– Erecting and breaking up barricades, temporary structures etc. with attention to safety;
– Direct traffic and erecting traffic signs near construction sites;
– Follow proper health & safety regulations.

Requirements:
No formal education is required;

Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces;
Experience is an asset, however on job training will be provided.
