We are looking for a Sales and Marketing consultant to join our team to work in Mississauga City, ON

·         Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, including cosmetics, skincare, and related household goods.

·         Ability to identify, analyze, and adapt to emerging trends in beauty, fashion, and pop culture to support effective marketing strategies.

·         Awareness of collaborations with popular Japanese cartoon characters, artists, and cultural icons, and how these partnerships influence consumer demand

·         Experience working with retail partners such as beauty stores, grocery retailers, and supermarkets, with an understanding of how purchasing decisions are made at the buyer or store manager level.

·         Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that enhance product visibility and strengthen brand presence in the Canadian retail market.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with B2B clients.

·         Familiarity with Asian (especially Japanese) products and their appeal in Canadian markets is considered a strong asset.

·         Prior experience in marketing, merchandising, retail management, or consulting within the beauty or consumer goods sector is preferred.

Job duties

·         Oversee the preparation of public written material

·         Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content

·         Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes

·         Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers

·         Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products

·         Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies

·         Answer written and oral inquiries

·         Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material

·         Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions

·         Design market research questionnaires

·         Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions

·         Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia

·         Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials

·         Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Salary: $36.06 per hour

Work hour: 30-40 hours per week

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
