Premium Pools and Hardscapes Inc. 6534 Lickman Road, Chilliwack, BC, V2R 4A9, are looking for a pool and patio builder/installer foreman/supervisor to add to their landscaping business. Job description and detail of job duties; Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures. Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations and some of the physical demands they involve: Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, tile setting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating and painting, and workers who install and service prefabricated products in residential and commercial properties. Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Requisition materials and supplies. Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Prepare work progress reports. May Install, repair and service interior prefabricated products, Pumps, filter system. Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products such as awnings, fencing, decks and irrigation systems, signs and play structures using hand and power tools. Experience 3-5 years in pools and landscaping installations. Wages starts $37.50 per hour for a 40-hour week. Overtime may be needed in peak season.
