Overview

Rainbow Market is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the team in Prince Rupert.

 

Permanent, full-time; $25.00 per hour plus a 50% discount on meals and drinks from the store; 40 hours per week.

 

Duties:

 

·      Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff;

·      Check and maintain inventory;

·      Order products as required;

·      Set up store display and ensure products are accurately labeled;

·      Process orders and payments;

·      Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints;

·      Maintain an organized, clean, and functional store environment;

·      Perform key holding and managerial duties, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

 

Requirements:

 

·      Completion of secondary school is required;

·      At least 1 year of previous work experience in retail sales;

·      Previous experience in supervising is an asset;

·      English language ability is required.
