Responsibilities
Tasks
• Greet customers, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Explain menu items and daily specials and recommend suitable food and beverage selections.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and present bills and process payments through cash, credit cards, debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order and maintain adequate inventory of wines and wine glassware.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
