Responsibilities
Tasks

Sweep, mop, polish floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
Vacuum carpets, rugs, curtains, and upholstered furniture.
Make beds, replace bed linens, and ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, and properly maintained.
Replace towels, toiletries, and other essential guest room supplies as required.
Organize and restock linen closets and housekeeping supplies.
Clean and disinfect assigned rooms and common areas following hygiene standards.
Handle lost and found items according to company policies and report them to the appropriate department.
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional towels, toiletries, bedding, and other necessary items.
Provide guests with information about facilities and available amenities.
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
