JOB DUTIES:

• Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting ingredients)
• Set up kitchen and banquet service areas before events
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and ensure proper storage
• Help with plating and assembling food for large events
• Dispose of trash and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
