Overview

We are seeking to fill up to five (5) Insulator positions at our Calgary location (1-3925 56 Avenue SE).

Terms: full-time/permanent

Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Salary: $38.00/hour

The right candidate will be required to perform duties such as:

Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials
Remove asbestos, ceramic fibres, lead and mould and urea-formaldehyde insulation materials from buildings
Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in the industry
Minimum high school completion
