Overview

Richmond Dairy Queen located in Richmond BC requires 1 Assistant Manager to join its team as soon as possible.
Specific Skills:

Management of the staff, planning, directing and assigning duties to them
Ensure that the restaurant is well-run and well-maintained.
Planning the budgets and approve expenditures.
Resolve any issues that may arise like customer complaints and escalations
Preparing documents like cost reports, sales and inventory
Determine staffing and training needs and Prepare schedules accordingly.
May have to negotiate with clients and suppliers for food and other supplies
Other duties as requested by management.
Follow Dairy Queens policy and procedures and adhere to company standards

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 2 years of experience in the food industry
OR
• Completion of college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field with 6 months of experience.

Salary: $34.62 PER HOUR FOR 30 HOURS PER WEEK and overtime starts after 40 hrs/week
