Overview

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, organize, and manage administrative functions that support our financial services,including compliance, records management, HR, purchasing, and vendor coordination.

 Direct and support staff involved in handling financial transactions, reporting, customerdocumentation, and other back-office processes.

 Ensure compliance with FINTRAC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies, and otherrelevant financial regulations. Maintain and manage operational budgets for supplies, systems, and services.

 Prepare regular reports, internal audits, and compliance updates forownership/management. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new administrative andoperations staff.

 Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve internal processes forbetter efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

 Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, or a related field.

 Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations management role,ideally in financial services, remittance, or banking.

 Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly in money servicesbusinesses (MSBs).

 Hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a small team.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills.

 Familiarity with financial software and basic accounting or reporting tools is an asset.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: 37.80 to 39.00 CAD
