the candidate should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules ,he should supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food ,he should train staff in job duties ,sanitization , and safety procedures .he should estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meal preperation ,he should ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, he should address customer complaints and concerns ,maintain records of stocks ,repair , sales and wastage , he should prepare and submit reports and establish work schedules .
