Overview
Royal Majestic Enterprises is located in Langley BC and is looking to hire a construction assistant manager to join its team as soon as possible.
Duties:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Assist in developing and managing detailed construction budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and managing site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop and maintain construction schedules; track progress and implement adjustments to meet deadlines
• Review project plans and specifications; assist in preparing and negotiating contracts and change orders
• Ensure procurement of materials, equipment, and services aligns with project needs and budget
• Support compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and inspectors to ensure project objectives are understood and achieved
Requirement:
Secondary School Education Required
2 years Experience Required in Supervisory or similar field
English Language Required
Location: all over Lower Mainland
Wage: $48.08 per hour for 30 hours per week
