Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and evaluate the daily business of the Shawarma Royale franchise to ensure smooth and profitable operations.
* Establish the specific food services and operational methods used in our shawarma and grill franchise.
* Handle the recruitment, training, and supervision of all restaurant staff for the franchise location.
* Prepare employee schedules and oversee day-to-day staff performance.
* Monitor inventory and manage the costs for the franchise, including ordering supplies and adjusting prices as needed.
* Ensure the franchise location follows all health and safety rules and resolve any customer service issues.
* Negotiate with suppliers to arrange for the delivery of food and other necessary supplies for the franchise.
* Arrange catering services for the franchise by negotiating agreements with clients for their events.

Overview

Languages
• Proficiency in English equivalent to CLB 6 / IELTS General 6 band.

Education
Bachelor’s degree
• Completion of a Bachelor of Arts (General) with a preferred focus in Economics, Management, or Hospitality.

Experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of progressive experience in operations management, supply chain coordination, or supervisory roles within a food procurement, food distribution, or service-based environment.

Industry-Relevant Skills:
• Experience in procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination, particularly within the food industry.
• Ability to manage operational workflows, evaluate performance metrics, and streamline business processes.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
