Job duties:

·       Develop and implement organizational objectives, policies, and programs that align with company goals and vision.

·       Organize and oversee the creation of key departments within the company to support business operations.

·       Select, delegate, and empower middle managers, directors, and other senior staff to execute day-to-day operations effectively.

·       Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and official functions

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.

·       Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and report on variances

·       Oversee the allocation of human, financial, and material resources to support the execution of the company’s strategic goals

·       Regularly review company performance against established goals, making adjustments to strategies, resource allocations, and operations as necessary to maintain profitability and market relevance.

 

 

Experience and Education requirements:

A university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, or other related discipline is required.
5 years or more of management experience in the IT industry or related fields is required.
Strong background in leading organizational growth, scaling operations, and driving business results.
International work experience in North America and Southeast Asia will be an asset.
