Job Title: Cook

Position Available: 1

Wage: $33 per hour

Work Condition: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)

Vacation: 4% of gross salary

Work Location: Rural Area

++Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook complete meals according to customers’ request

– Ensure to maintain high quality of food

– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

– Estimate food requirements and costs, and arrange supply orders as needed

– Supervise and oversee kitchen operations

– Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking and handling ingredients

– Follow established food safety standards and restaurant policy

 

++Requirements:

– Completion of secondary school

– Minimum 4 years of commercial cooking experience, especially any supervisory role is a strong asset.

– Equivalent in both experience and training is considerable (e.g., completion of an accredited culinary arts program)

– Successful completion of at least one professional reference check is required

– Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment

– Language: English is required
