Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Employer: Sobey’s Fast Fuel
Location: 949 Bedford Highway, Bedford, NS, B4A 1A9
Wage: $30.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Vacancies: 1
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Workplace Information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; there is no option to work remotely)

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Language: English

Job Duties

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise and maintain stock levels
• Authorize returns and handle exchange processes
• Establish and manage staff work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, inventory, and personnel matters
• Resolve customer complaints, supply issues, or staff concerns
• Organize and maintain store inventory
• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates
