State Window Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project/Schedule Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure that production and construction schedules run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. Your coordination will directly contribute to operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of projects for our clients.

JOB DETAILS

Job Title: Construction Project/Schedule Coordinator
Number of Vacancies: 1 Position Available
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Position
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: On-site at Woodbridge, ON L4H 3V9
Language of Work: English
Hourly Wage: $28.85 – $40.90 per hour (negotiable based on experience. Performance-based bonuses available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Organize tasks to accomplish the work efficiently and effectively.
Revise type and quantity of materials required for production, construction, and other projects.
Track and complete work orders to ensure timely delivery.
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.
Perform routine clerical duties related to scheduling and coordination.
Read blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings.
Prepare and submit reports to management.
Maintain work records and logs.
Monitor personnel workloads and locations.
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend productivity and quality improvements.
Consult with the production supervisor to schedule production runs cost- and time-effectively.
Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required.
Monitor production progress and update stakeholders.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Arrange training for staff as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:

Minimum Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Required Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
