We are looking for Truck Drivers Supervisor to supervise our team of professional truck drivers, ensuring safe and timely delivery of our premium window wall systems to construction sites across Ontario and beyond. The successful candidate will manage daily logistics operations, maintain our exceptional safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support our company’s growth and reputation for excellence.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Position
• Work Schedule: 44 hours per week
• Start Date: Immediate Start Available
• Work Location: On-site at our Woodbridge facility (no remote work option)
• Language of Work: English or French
• Hourly Wage: $38.10 – $48.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Supervise, coach, and lead a team of professional truck drivers
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily delivery routes and driver assignments
• Monitor driver performance, delivery schedules, and route efficiency
• Prepare detailed production reports, delivery metrics, and operational analytics
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs with external vendors
• Manage equipment inventory including trucks, trailers, and delivery accessories
• Requisition and order transportation-related materials, equipment, and supplies
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the transportation department
• Collaborate with production, sales, and project management teams to optimize delivery schedules
• Ensure strict adherence to all federal, provincial, and company safety regulations
• Oversee driver hours of service compliance and logbook accuracy
• Ensure proper vehicle inspections and maintenance compliance

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

• Minimum Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
• Required Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, or related field

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Class 5/5F/G Driver’s License (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major violations in the past 3 years
• Valid Ontario driver’s license in good standing
