Overview

Job Duties:

·         Manage and coordinate staff involved in food preparation and portioning.

·         Provide training on duties, hygiene standards, and workplace safety.

·         Prepare and present operational and performance reports.

·         Supervise and check tray assembly.

·         Monitor food delivery and ensure timely distribution.

·         Plan budgets and cost estimates.

·         Address customer complaints and concerns.

·         Organize workflows to meet schedules efficiently.

·         Assess and procure necessary ingredients and supplies.

·         Maintain high standards of food service and quality assurance.

·         Track inventory, equipment maintenance, sales, and waste records.

 

Education: Secondary education is required.

 

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.

 

Employment: Full-time, permanent position.

 

Language: English is required.
