Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Position Available: 1

Wage: $22 per hour

Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)

Vacation: 4% of gross salary

Work Location: 1667 15th Avenue, Prince George, BC V2L 3X2

 

Job Duties:

– Oversee and supervise daily operations of the restaurant

– Supervise, schedule, assign, train and evaluate assigned restaurant staff

– Ensure that food and service meet established quality control standards and that sanitation and safety procedures are followed in service areas

– Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns

– Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage

– Prepare budgets and provide cost estimates

– Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

– Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation or customer service OR completion of a college program related to food service administration, hotel management, or restaurant management

– Completion of Secondary School

– English is required

– Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
