Tally Ho is a family-owned establishment and has been a staple in their community for over 35 years. Located in Hamilton, Ontario this establishment is famous for our roast beef sandwiches and a variety of Canadian and Greek dishes. Thanks to our Patrons we continue to grow and require a Line Cook who will fit in with our team.

Responsibilities

Tasks

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Manage kitchen operations

Credentials
Food Safety Certificate
