Tone Salon Inc. requires a Hairstylist Specialist

– Full time: 40 hrs per week

– 45% commission per sale / minimum wage guaranteed

Requirements:

– Full and comprehensive knowledge of colour corrections, colour theory and blonding/balayage.
– Basic administrative responsibilities such as managing own bookings, answering phone calls and emails.
– Ability to assist management with manager duties to cover during any time away from upper management.
– Up to date with new techniques in regards to smoothing, hair extensions, and specialized styling, and barbering.
– Provide professional hair styling services to clients, including haircuts, coloring and styling.
– Maintain a clean and organized work station.
-Strong social media presence, and ability to take photographs and videos to post.
– Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handlings client inquiries.
– Promote and sell retail hair care products to clients.

Qualifications:
– Valid cosmetology license or certificate.
– 8+ years experience as a Hair Stylist & Colourist.
– Strong knowledge of hair care products and treatments.
