Umami Sushi in Langley, BC. is currently seeking experienced Restaurant Manager.

Working Location: 20202 66th Avenue suite C2 Langley, BC V2Y 1P3

Position: Restaurant Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 hours per week)

Wage: $38.46 per hour

 

Responsibilities:

– Plan and organize daily operations

– Monitor staff performance

– Set staff work schedules

– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

– Modify procedures and prices

– Control and manage inventory

– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

– Negotiate arrangements with food suppliers

– Resolve customers’ complaints

 

Requirement:

– 3 years of experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience

– Education: College diploma

– Able to communicate in English

– Responsible beverage service certificate
