We are full service Korean style cuisine in Victoria, BC. Now we are currently seeking experienced Restaurant Manager.

Working (Business) Location: 650 Yates St Victoria, British Columbia V8W 1L3

Position: Restaurant Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 hours per week)

Wage: $38.50 per hour

 

 

Responsibilities:

– Plan, manage and organize daily operations and evaluate daily operations

– Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

– Monitor staff performance and recruit staff

– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

– Conduct performance reviews

– Control and manage inventory

– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers

– Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

 

Requirement:

– 3 years of experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience

– Completion of college diploma

– Able to communicate in English

– Responsible beverage service certificate
