Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business. You will play a key role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Familiarity with POS machines or related technology is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
