Terms of Employment

• Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Wage: $19.50 per hour (or higher, depending on experience)
• Hours: 35–40 hours per week. Must be available for all kind of shifts (Days, nights and weekends)
• Overtime: $28.13 per hour after 44 hours per week (as per Ontario Employment Standards)
• Benefits: Private health insurance provided until OHIP eligibility; round-trip transportation costs covered for TFWs.
• Work Location: 173 Main St. E, Hawkesbury, ON K6A 1A1

Job Duties :

• Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for pizza preparation and service.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain high-speed service standards.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures (including Pizza Pizza brand standards).
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.

Employment Requirements

• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in food preparation or service is required.
• Language: Oral and written English is required.
• Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, any shift, and stand for extended periods.
