Rocky Mountain Flatbread is an award-winning farm-to-table restaurant and pizzeria with a food philosophy that emphasizes local, fresh, and organic produce and responsibly sourced ingredients. Rocky Mountain Flatbread has been a community mainstay in Vancouver for over 20 years. Food is a big deal to us! Where it comes from, how it is prepared & of course, how it tastes. The restaurant supports local farmers and suppliers while creating tasty nutritious flatbread pizzas, pastas, salads, and soups, and serves local craft beers and regional wines. Its salad greens, herbs and microgreens are sourced from the local Tseil-waututh Nation. All the activities that occur along the supply chain, from the farmers to distributors to the prep work in the kitchen lead to giving people healthy, nutritious food choices in this community-based format. Rocky Mountain Flatbread is also known for its adult team building and kids pizza making parties, open kitchen, and forno-fired oven that bakes its handcrafted artisan pizzas. We are also proud to be a 100% nut-free restaurant that offers gluten-friendly, vegan, and vegetarian options.
