the candidate should have a secondary high school graduation certificate , should have minimum two years to less than three years experience , should be able to direct and control daily operations , evaluate daily operations ,should plan and organize daily operations ,should establish or implement policies and procedures for staff ,plan and control budget and inventory , hire train and supervise staff ,address customer complaints or concerns , manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies , should know how to cut ,trim ,taper curl wave , perm and style hair , should advise clients on hair color , hairstyles makeup ,clothing and accessories .
