Tasks:
- Conduct tests and analysis using other physical and chemical separation techniques
- Maintain laboratory equipment
- Operate laboratory apparatus
- Compile records for analytical studies
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards
- Assist in development of standards, health and safety measures
- Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results
- Prepare solution of gas or liquid, reagents, and sample formulations
Analytical techniques: Particles, surface and colloid chemistry; Physical separation techniques; Sampling
Area of work experience: Analysis; Industrial health and safety; Process troubleshooting; Product development and formulation; Quality assurance and control
