Overview

Keep in Touch Thai Massage and Spa is seeking a Spa Manager to join the team at their Kamloops location.

 

Permanent, full-time; $37.00 per hour; 30-40 hours per week, between the hours of 10AM and 8PM daily.

 

Duties:

·      Overall management of the spa, includes plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations;

·      Manage and complete budget and inventory;

·      Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies;

·      Hire and evaluate new staff ensuring the job requirements are met;

·      Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies;

·      Establish work schedules;

·      Plan advertising and marketing strategies;

·      Monitor and update the company’s website and social media accounts;

·      Respond to service inquiries and resolve customer complaints.

 

Requirements:

·      Completion of a college program in Business Administration or Management or other related field is required;

·      One to three years of previous health and wellness industry experience is required;

·      Expertise with social media platforms is an asset;

·      English language ability required.
