Clinic operates Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work schedule may vary based on operational needs and client demand

An averaging agreement may be implemented in accordance with Saskatchewan employment standards

 

Job Summary

MODA Medical Aesthetics is a physician-led medical and aesthetic clinic. The Medical Aesthetician is responsible for providing non-invasive aesthetic treatments, supporting clinic operations under physician supervision, and contributing to overall client care.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

 

Aesthetic Services

·        Provide non-invasive aesthetic treatments within scope of certification and training

·        Operate aesthetic equipment and technologies in accordance with safety and clinical protocols

·        Assess client needs and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and services

·        Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and infection control standards

 

Clinical Support

·        Assist with preparation of clients and treatment areas for procedures under physician supervision

·        Prepare clients for treatments and provide post-procedure care instructions

·        Ensure proper setup, sanitation, and readiness of clinical areas

·        Maintain accurate client treatment records

 

Client Care and Sales

·        Conduct client consultations related to aesthetic services within scope of practice

·        Recommend medical-grade skincare products and treatment plans

·        Promote services and support retail sales

·        Maintain client relationships through follow-up and rebooking

 

Administrative and Front Desk Support

·        Schedule appointments and manage clinic bookings

·        Process payments and maintain client records

·        Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone, and electronically

·        Support daily clinic operations in a team-based environment

 

Marketing Support

·        Assist with basic social media content and client education initiatives

·        Support promotional activities and clinic growth efforts

 

Minimum Requirements

·        Completion of a recognized Medical Aesthetician certification program

·        Demonstrated ability to perform aesthetic treatments within scope of certification

·        Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and aesthetic procedures

·        Excellent customer service and communication skills

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment

·        Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high clinical standards

Conditions of Employment

·        Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

·        Must comply with all clinic policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards

·        Must perform duties strictly within scope of certification, training, and supervision

·        Subject to a 6-month probationary period
