Hours: 35–40 hours/week

Job Summary
The caregiver will provide daily living support, personal care, and companionship to an 86‑year‑old senior in a private home. The role ensures safety, comfort, and consistent assistance with routine activities.

Main Duties
Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and general care
Prepare meals, including special diets; assist with feeding
Support mobility and light exercise (e.g., walking)
Provide medication reminders as directed
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning, bed making)
Shop for groceries and household supplies
Observe and report changes in health or behaviour
Requirements
Secondary school completion
Experience in caregiving or home support (asset)
Valid First Aid and CPR
Ability to work independently
Patient, reliable, and compassionate
Work Setting & Accommodation
Work takes place in the employer’s private residence. Optional live‑in accommodation is available at no cost. This is not a condition of employment. Room and board provided.
