Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Live-In Homecare Worker to provide personal care and support for an adult with medical needs in a private home setting. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of the individual, with a focus on respectful and person care.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with daily personal care tasks such as grooming, dressing, and hygiene

• Provide mobility support during surgery recovery, including transfers and transportation to appointments
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Monitor and administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals

• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, organizing, etc.) related to care
• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Report health or safety concerns promptly to the employer or supervising healthcare providers

 

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a homecare or healthcare role (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license and clear background check

• Basic knowledge of care for individuals with mobility issues

• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to assist with physical tasks such as transfers and light lifting

• Reliable, compassionate, and respectful approach to caregiving

• Commitment to confidentiality and maintaining the dignity of the individual
