1 Home Support Worker needed!

Job Duties:

1.  Meal preparation
2. Grocery shopping
3. Driving if needed
4.  House chores such as laundering, cleaning, and dish washing
5. Assist the elderly person when changing cloth and taking shower if needed
6. Accompany the elderly person to doctor’s regular check-up
7. Administer and track medicine-taking schedule
8. Accompany the elderly person to walk outside if needed

Wage: $25.00 per hour

Benefit: 4% vacation pay

Workday: Monday to Friday (weekend up on request)

Hours: 6-8 hours / day. From 09:30 to 16:00 and sometimes to 18:00.

Type of Employment: Full-time; permanent

 

Requirement:

1. 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required
2. A relevant diploma or certificate in providing personal care is required
3.  Having a valid driver’s license is preferred, as some of the job duties may involves driving
4. Able to work on Saturday and Sunday

Language at work: Mandarin, English

Primary location of work: Private household in Richmond, BC. Live in not required.
