Overview
Sabai Thai Spa is seeking a Head Spa Manager to join the team at their Port Coquitlam location.
Permanent, full-time; $36.60 per hour; 30-40 hours per week, between the hours of 10AM and 8PM daily. Extended health and dental benefits after completion of 6 month probation period.
The successful applicant will be based at the head office location in Port Coquitlam but is expected to travel to all Sabai Thai Spa locations in the metro Vancouver area.
Duties:
· Overall management of the spa, includes plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations;
· Hire, train, and supervise staff;
· Plan advertising and marketing strategies;
· Coordinate sales and marketing operations between the company’s various locations;
· Monitor and update the company’s social media accounts;
· Respond to service inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
· Completion of a college program in Business Administration or Management or other related field is required;
· A minimum 5 years of previous related industry experience is required;
· Expertise with social media platforms is an asset;
· English language ability required.
