Overview

Sensha-Ya, a Japanese hand car wash company, is seeking a Car Wash Manager for its Richmond location.

 

Permanent, full-time; 30-40 hours per week; $36.60 per hour. Bonus available based on sales performance.

 

Duties:

·      Direct, control, evaluate, plan and organize daily operations

·      Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

·      Plan and control budget and inventory

·      Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies

·      Conduct interviews

·      Hire, train and supervise staff

·      Address customers’ complaints or concerns

 

Qualifications:

·      Secondary school completion required;

·      At least 5 years of experience as a specialized cleaner, including hand car washing, is required;

·      At least 2 years of previous supervisory or management experience is required, preferably in car wash or other similar business;

·      Must have excellent customer service skill;

·      English language ability required;

·      Japanese language ability is an asset.
