Gracie Barra is a world-recognized Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu organization.

At Gracie Barra Toronto East, we are looking for an experienced Program Director to manage our Jiu-jitsu program.
The right candidate will be client-focused, organized, reliable, team player and have strong leadership skills.

Work is on-site, permanent/full-time position for 30-40 hours per week.

Requirements:
– Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or similar
– At least 5 years of experience managing/directing a Jiu-jitsu program/gym
– Must hold Martial Arts Instructor Certification and have a third-degree black belt

Hourly wage: $36.06
Start date: as soon as possible

Duties/responsibilities may include:
– Develop and manage programs and services
– Provide technical and professional advice
– Develop policies and procedures to implement programs
– Organize and administer national and provincial programs (training, coaching or officiating)
– Manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization
– Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques
