Responsibilities
Key Duties
Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize work and operational tasks
Organize tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion of work
Oversee and coordinate operational logistics of the organization
Plan and organize warehouse and operational logistics
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
Prepare and submit operational and performance reports
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery
Arrange maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and machinery
Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance
Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Train workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Arrange and coordinate staff training
Conduct employee performance reviews
Coordinate, assign, and review work of staff
Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory levels
Supervision
Supervise and coordinate the work of 5–10 employees
